CPWA Core Topics

The CPWA program begins with an approximately six-month pre-study program and concludes with a five-day class at the Gleacher Center in downtown Chicago, home of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education program. Program faculty include both Chicago Booth professors and experienced practitioners—wealth managers, retirement planning specialists, investment managers, tax experts, and estate-planning and asset-protection attorneys.

All course participants receive pre-study books and IMCA publications, as well as lecture notes prepared from the professor's remarks. Readings from the finest in relevant research and applied thought, including the Journal of Wealth Management, are included in the course material.
