IMCA Hires New Director of Communications
IMCA introduces Greta Gloven as the organization’s new Director of Communications
DENVER—October 5, 2016— Investment Management Consultants Association® (IMCA®) announced today that Greta Gloven will be joining the organization as its new director of communications. In this role, she will be responsible for providing guidance and implementation of communications strategy across all media types, public relations, member communications, and website content management.
Greta has over 15 years of experience working with non-profits, as well as training in strategic partnerships, digital marketing, and advanced social media techniques. She previously worked as vice president of marketing communications & strategic partnerships at the Iliff School of Theology, Denver. She is also an adjunct faculty member for the University of Denver, teaching graduate level courses in communications, public relations, writing, and media relations. Her work at the Iliff School has resulted in a number of awards, including the prestigious Grand Peak Award from the American Marketing Association.
“Greta brings to IMCA a wealth of experience and leadership in creating, managing, and implementing effective integrated communications initiatives,” said Tim Whiting, chief marketing officer and managing director of sales. Greta will be joined IMCA on October 3, and will report directly to Whiting while overseeing Hart DuBois in the digital content coordinator/editorial assistant position.
