IMCA has reserved a block of rooms at The Vail Marriott at the special group rate of $154 single/double per night for standard rooms and $184 single/double per night for deluxe and studio king suites. Important Note about Cancellation Policy at the Vail Marriott: All reservations will require a credit card guarantee. A non-refundable deposit equal to the first and last night's stay will be billed to the individual’s credit card when the reservation is booked. The balance of the stay will be billed to the credit card on November 11, 2011. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after November 11, 2011.

Weather and Attire
Attire for the conference is business casual. The average December daytime temperature in Vail is 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Nights cool down to 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Please check the weather forecast before traveling.
Cancellation/Transfer Policy
All cancellations for conference registration must be received in writing. The registration fee less $50 cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations postmarked or faxed by November 18, 2011. A 30 percent cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations received between November 19 and November 28, 2011. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after November 28, 2011, or for nonattendance.
Continuing Education (CE) Credits
CIMA®/CIMC®/CPWA® Marks—The conference has been accepted by IMCA for up to 12.5* hours of IMCA-sponsored continuing education hours (including one hour of ethics credit) for the CIMA, CIMC, and CPWA designations for attending the entire conference from Monday at 8:15 AM until Tuesday at 12:35 PM. An additional 3 hours of IMCA-sponsored CE is available by attending the post-conference workshop on Tuesday from 1:15–4 PM. Individuals are responsible for submitting any necessary paperwork to IMCA.
CFP® certification—IMCA will submit the entire conference program to CFP Board for review. CFP Board has final authority on approval of individual conference sessions. Pending approval by CFP Board, the conference may offer attendees between 4–6* hours of continuing education credit. Information about approved sessions will be available on the CFP Board website when their review is complete. Individuals are responsible for submitting any necessary paperwork and/or fees to CFP Board.
NASBA CPE—IMCA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of CE on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors (ID 106054). State boards of accountancy have final authority about the acceptance of individual courses. Individuals are responsible for submitting any necessary paperwork and/or fees to their state boards. Upon request, IMCA will provide a certificate of attendance after the conference.
Other certifications/designations—IMCA does not submit programs to state insurance departments and bar associations. Corporate Participation Policy: Company-sponsored events or hospitality suites are not permitted during planned IMCA functions and sessions and cannot begin until the conclusion of the day’s activities.
