Weather and Attire
Attire for the conference is business casual. The average February daytime temperature in Scottsdale is 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Nights cool down to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Please check the weather forecast before traveling.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations for conference registration must be received in writing. The registration fee less $50 cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations postmarked or faxed by February 1, 2010. A 30 percent cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations received between February 2 and February 15, 2010. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after February 15, 2010, or for nonattendance.

*Continuing Education Credits
- CIMA®/CIMC® CE Credits—CIMA and CIMC designees will earn up to 12.5** hours of CE credit (including one hour of ethics credit) for attending the entire conference from Monday at 8 AM until Tuesday at 12:30 PM. An additional 4** hours are available by attending the post-conference workshop. **Subject to change.
- CPWA® CE Credits—This conference will offer approximately 5.5** hours of core topic CPWA CE credit of the total 12.5 available hours, depending on the sessions attended. An additional 4** hours of non-core topic CPWA CE credit are available by attending the post-conference workshop. **Subject to change.
- CFP® CE Credits—CFP Board will accept this conference for CE credits.
- NASBA CPE Credits—IMCA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
