Location and Distance
The Grand Hyatt New York is located at 109 East 42nd Street at Grand Central Terminal. It is nine miles from La Guardia Airport, 18 miles southwest of JFK Airport, and 15 miles northeast of Newark Airport. It also is a short distance from New York's Penn Station.

Weather and Attire

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations for conference registration must be received in writing. The registration fee less $50 cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations postmarked or faxed by December 21, 2009. A 30 percent cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations received between December 22, 2009 and January 4, 2010. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after January, 4, 2010, or for nonattendance.

*Continuing Education Credits
- CIMA®/CIMC® CE Credits—CIMA and CIMC designees will earn up to 12.5** hours of CE credit (including one hour of ethics credit) for attending the entire conference from Monday at 8 AM until Tuesday at 12:35 PM. **Subject to change.
- CPWA® CE Credits—This conference will offer approximately 4** hours of core topic CPWA CE credit of the total 12.5 available hours, depending on the sessions attended. **Subject to change
- CFP® CE Credits—CFP Board will accept this conference for CE credits.
- NASBA CPE Credits—IMCA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
