Hotel Information
IMCA has reserved a block of rooms at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, located at 265 Peachtree Center Avenue in Atlanta, at the special group rate of $199 single/double per night. This special rate is available through September 15, 2009; however rooms at this rate are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so early reservations are recommended.
Location and Distance
The Atlanta Marriott Marquis is located approximately seven miles from the Atlanta-Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. A taxi between the hotel and the airport costs approximately $25. Shuttle service is available for $16.50 each way. If you plan to drive to the conference or rent a car during your stay, please be aware that the hotel charges $28 per day (valet parking only). There is a $4 surcharge for oversized vehicles.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy
All cancellations and transfers for conference registration must be received in writing. The registration fee less $50 cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations/transfers postmarked or faxed by September 11, 2009. A 30 percent cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations/transfers received between September 12 and September 24, 2009. No refunds will be granted for cancellations or transfers received after September 24, 2009, or for nonattendance.

Continuing Education Credits
- CIMA®/CIMC® CE Credits—CIMA and CIMC designees will earn up to 20* hours of CE credit (including one hour of ethics credit) for attending the entire conference from Thursday at 8 AM until Saturday at 11:30 AM. Up to two* additional hours of CE can be earned by attending the post-conference workshop on Saturday, October 3 from 12:30–2:30 PM. *Subject to change.
- CPWASM CE Credits—This conference is approved for CPWA CE credits.
- CFP® CE Credits—CFP Board will accept this conference for CE credits.
- NASBA CPE Credits—IMCA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
