Public Disciplinary Actions

IMCA’s Professional Review Board can take public disciplinary action in three forms: a letter of censure, a temporary suspension of the individual’s certification, or a permanent termination of an individual’s certification, depending on the severity of the violation, any mitigating circumstances, and the individual’s cooperation with the investigation of the Professional Review Board or Hearing Panel.

The list below is a historical record of individuals who have been publicly disciplined by IMCA’s Professional Review Board and does not imply that any listed discipline is currently in force. To verify an individual’s current certification status, search our directory.
