Certificants and certification candidates can file a complaint with IMCA regarding certification policy, practice, or decisions. Complaints must be in writing, by using the appropriate form below; and can be submitted by email, mail, or fax to IMCA. Complaints must originate directly from the certificant or candidate, the complaint cannot be filed on their behalf.
