Hotel Information
IMCA has reserved a block of rooms at the Inn at Penn, a Hilton Hotel at the special group rate of $225 single/double per night. To make your reservation, phone the hotel at 215.222.0200 and mention that you are attending the Advanced CIMA Workshop: The Best of Wharton. You also may reserve your room online by using the group code ACW. This special rate is available through July 3, 2009; however rooms at this rate are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so early reservations are recommended.
Location and Distance
The conference will be held at the Inn at Penn, a Hilton Hotel, located on the Wharton campus, at 3600 Sansom Street, Philadelphia, PA. The hotel is located eight miles from Philadelphia International Airport and five miles from Amtrak’s Penn Station.

Weather and Attire
Attire for the conference is business casual. The average July daytime temperature in Philadelphia is 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Nights cool down to 67 degrees Fahrenheit. Please check the weather forecast before traveling.
Cancellation/Transfer Policy
All cancellations and transfers for conference registration must be received in writing. The registration fee less $50 cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations/transfers postmarked or faxed by June 23, 2009. A 30 percent cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations/transfers received between June 24 and July 10, 2009. No refunds will be granted for cancellations or transfers received after July 10, 2009, or for nonattendance.

Continuing Education (CE) Credits
- CIMA®/CIMC® CE Credits—CIMA and CIMC designees will earn 13.5 hours of CE credit for attending the entire conference from Monday at 8:30 a.m. until Tuesday at 11:45 a.m.. *subject to change
- CPWASM CE Credits—This conference is approved for CPWA continuing education credits.
- CFP® CE Credits—CFP Board will accept this conference for continuing education credits.
- NASBA CPE Credits—IMCA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority about the acceptance of individual courses.
