Program Overview:
This five-day program held on the campus of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, has been designed to enhance your level of knowledge about the distinct needs of clients in the nonprofit sector.
A two-month pre-study program will provide you with the qualitative and quantitative background necessary to better understand the drivers of nonprofit strategy that will be presented throughout the curriculum. Topics will be presented in a combination of formats including interactive discussion, case study and guest speakers. Final group case study presentations to actual nonprofit clients provide the opportunity to translate theory into practical tools that can be taken back and immediately incorporated within one’s own practice.
