Rate includes conference registration and one-year membership of $395. Membership dues are not refundable and not transferable. Membership dues include a one-year subscription to Investments & Wealth Monitor at a subscription cost of $45. Members may not deduct the subscription price from dues.Subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy
All cancellations for conference registration must be received in writing. The registration fee less $50 cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations postmarked or faxed by March 30, 2012. A 30 percent cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations received between March 31 and April 16, 2012. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after April 16, 2012, or for nonattendance.

Cancellations of Join & Go registrations will be refunded the cost of the conference registration only. The membership fee of $395 is non-refundable.

Corporate Participation Policy
Company-sponsored events or hospitality suites are not permitted during planned IMCA functions and sessions and cannot begin until the conclusion of the day’s activities. IMCA policy does not allow active recruiting efforts at conferences. Please review the IMCA Partner/Sponsor/Exhibitor Agreement for specific guidelines.
