Cancellation and Transfer Policy
All cancellations for conference registration or requests for transfers must be received in writing. The registration fee less $50 cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations received by April 26, 2010. A 30 percent cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations received between April 27 and May 10, 2010. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after May 10, 2010, or for nonattendance.
