Cancellation/Transfer Policy
Cancellations for conference registration must be received in writing. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected]. The registration fee less $50 cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellation requests received by March 28, 2016. A 30-percent cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations received between March 29 and April 11, 2016. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after April 11, 2016, or for nonattendance.
