* All satisfaction-guarantee refunds must be in writing and received within 30 days of the event and no continuing education (CE) credits will be awarded to any attendees requesting a satisfaction-guarantee refund.

Rate includes conference registration and one-year membership of $395. Membership dues are not refundable and not transferable. Cancellation/Transfer Policy
All cancellations for conference registration must be received in writing. The registration fee less $50 cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations postmarked or faxed by April 15, 2013. A 30-percent cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations received between April 16, 2013 and April 22, 2013. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after April 22, 2013, or for nonattendance.
