IMCA Hosts Pre-Conference Workshop at FPA’s Annual Conference
In an effort to continue spreading the word about the leading-edge knowledge provided through IMCA’s CIMA® and CPWA® certification programs, IMCA is sponsoring a pre-conference workshop at "FPA Anaheim 2009" on Saturday, October 10. The workshop consists of two sessions, "Institutional Portfolio Construction and Investment Policy—A New Paradigm for Serving the Needs of Endowment and Foundation Clients" and "Trends in Private Wealth Management—Advanced Preservation and Distribution Strategies," and features Jim Dobbs, CFP®; John Nersesian, CFP®, CIMA®, CPWA®; and Scott G. A Reminder Regarding Certification Renewal Fees
One of the three requirements to renew the CIMA® and/or CIMC® license is to pay a certification renewal fee—discounted to $105 for IMCA members and $500 for nonmembers. This fee supports trademark monitoring, background checks, record maintenance, and administrative efforts. Certificants receive a reminder and an invoice for the certification renewal fee 90, 60, and 30 days in advance of their certification renewal date.
